Our annual banquet is sure to be a great time again this coming year. An evening filled with great food, drinks, tons of giveaways and raffle items. What’s a better way to spend an evening than around a table of friends and family, winning gear and guns, and enjoying the company of your local waterfowl community.

T.C.D.W. will be sponsoring a portion of the annual T.M. Goodwin Youth hunt to close out the 2023/2024 season. Kids up to 16 are welcome to hunt with parents present. Tons of giveaways, good shooting, and good times had by all camping on site the night before the hunt.

T.C.D.W. will be hosting a Veterans hunt with the help of the great guys over at Duck Ranchin, in Okeechobee and Clewiston. This 100% cost free to the vets and a small way for us to thank them for the sacrifices they made to keep us all safe.

We also organize a morning and afternoon hunt with our chapter members and all the Vets we can round up. Last year we hunted Headwaters in Fellsmere, FL. We had a fantastic morning and afternoon on the water, harvested plenty of great birds, and had a great time doing it.

Habitat and species preservation is at the fore front of what we do. Periodically througout the year we will be holding “build” events where anyone is welcome to come by and pickup free kits to assemble at home and put up for local waterfowl to use as a nesting site this coming season. This is helpful to all our native Florida duck species, and fun to watch.
